Shin-Tsudanuma Station (新津田沼駅 Shin-Tsudanuma-eki ) is a railway station operated by Shin-Keisei Electric Railway's Shin-Keisei Line located in Narashino, Chiba Prefecture Japan. It is 25.3 kilometers from the terminus of the Shin-Keisei Line at Matsudo Station. The station is 400 meters from Tsudanuma Station on the JR East Sobu Main Line, with which it is connected by a pedway.

Shin-Tsudanuma Station was opened on December 27, 1947. From 1961-1968, a spur line extended from Maebara Station to Shin-Tsudanuma Station via Fujisakidai Station (藤崎台駅 Fujisakidai-eki ). The line was discontinued in 1968.
Shin-Tsudanuma Station has two opposed side platforms connected by an overpass.
